Ingredients
- 3 large Eggs or 1 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 1/2 cups Milk or Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour or All-Purpose Flour
- 3 scoops Seasonal Pumpkin Spice IsaLean™ Shake
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients until well blended and let rest as you heat the pan over medium-high heat.
- 2. Lightly spray cooking surface with organic nonstick spray.
- 3. Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan at a time and swirl to coat. Cook 1 to 2 minutes each side.
- 4. Top or fill your crepes with whatever you want, like melted IsaDelight® chocolates and ENJOY!
