Pumpkin Spice Protein Crepes

Ingredients
  • 3 large Eggs or 1 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk or Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour or All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 scoops Seasonal Pumpkin Spice IsaLean™ Shake
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour or All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
  1. 1. Combine all ingredients until well blended and let rest as you heat the pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Lightly spray cooking surface with organic nonstick spray.
  3. 3. Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan at a time and swirl to coat. Cook 1 to 2 minutes each side.
  4. 4. Top or fill your crepes with whatever you want, like melted IsaDelight® chocolates and ENJOY!
